C is for Creation. It’s unbelievable the beauty God has laid out for us to see, to discover. That if we take a moment to look we can see His hand, His gifts, His blessings. With my camera I can only capture the tiniest fraction of it all. This photo was taken on from the top of one of the few mountains/hills in Cambodia, a few miles outside of Battambang. Gazing out over, the fields of Cambodia was breathtaking. This photo barely begins to describe it.

O is for Oh the Places You’ll Go.
“You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself any direction you choose. You’re on your own. And you know what you know. And YOU are the [girl] who’ll decide where to go.”
Oh the Places You’ll Go is probably my favorite Dr. Seuss book. I’ve never gotten to many brave things in my life, not yet at least. But when I look at the past 8 month of my life; I’ve gotten to be brave. Joining YWAM, I had no idea what I was getting myself into. During the lecture phase of my DTS (Discipleship Training School), I battled and fought for the growth I received in the Lord. That warring spirit, I carried with me into Cambodia. When, I think of places I’ve gotten to go and the things I’ve gotten to see. I am overwhelmed. Walking with the Lord is blessing. I look at where that road has taken to me, how it has lead directly to the desires of my heart. Obedience to the Lord is the greatest adventure, the greatest journey. I have no doubt that the path before me will come hardships and difficulties, but the thing is my journey is not over. It’s just at the start, and the places I will go.

Dear Thailand,

I am pleased to tell you haven’t seen the last of me!

(Sky Train Station, the Outskirts of Bangkok, Thailand)

As it turns out my YWAM adventure doesn’t show any signs of ending. Instead, Chapter Two of this journey will be picking up in January. Yes, I’ll be packing my bags and heading to Southeast Asia again! This time I will be doing a YWAM secondary school called Advanced Principles of Communication which focuses on relevantly applying biblical truths and principles into the seven spheres of today’s society. After outreach in Cambodia, I got to spend a couple of days in Bangkok. It is beyond exciting that I get another three months to explore the bustling city of Bangkok. God is such a kind and good Father; I feel like a kid on Christmas morning!
